He is survived by: his children, Marion Riggins, Randy Dismal, Valerie Riggins (Ali), James Riggins, Roslyn Riggins, Nadine Washington (Tommy), Oni Muhammad (Obadiah) and Tamu Rembert (Winfred); and his great grandchildren, Madison Serrano, Janelle Davis, Azriel Rembert, Jaimar Conrad, Azamat Conrad, Taliyah Fuller, Takema Fuller, Alayah Fuller, Zymiere Dismal, Kimora Lowery, Major Lowery, Eric Harrison Jr. Gregory Armstead Jr., Kylo Armstead and Malia Armstead. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other cousins.
