He was predeceased by: his mother Elizabeth Vongher Owens. He is survived by: his father James P. Owens III; his brothers, Ryan Ernest Owens of Hamden and Zachary Clark Owens of Hamden; and his grandparents, Ernest Vongher of North Branford, James P. Owens Jr. and Judith Owens of North Haven. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
