Though James Patrick may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Church and Teresa Rafferty Church. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Schwenger Church; his children, Steven Church (Lana Tkachenko) and Kimberly Church (Erik Blanchard); his sisters, Catherine Cincogrono (Peter) and Patricia Ragaglia (Brian); and his nephews, Dominic and Matthew Cincogrono.
