He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Fortuna, Sr. and Frances Giampapa Fortuna; and his brother Robert Fortuna. He is survived by: his wife Ginny Fortuna (King); his sister-in-law Thomas (Dolores Fortuna, Sr.); his nieces and nephews, Lisa, Kate, AnnaMarie, Tom Jr. and John; his great-niece Kallie Mae; and his great-nephews, Brody, Beniamino and Giovanni.
