He is survived by: his parents, Howard D. Hoyt and Joann Sweeney Zeisner; his sister Jaclyn Condon (Cameron) of Cheshire; his nieces, Vivian and Evelyn Condon; his nephew Grant Condon; his aunts and uncles, Woody Hoyt (Sandy), Lois Sweeney, Kathy Kramer (Artie), Judy Sokoloff (Mike) and Mark Sweeney (Kathleen); and his cousins, Penny Geyer, Meg O'Toole, Brian and Tommy Sokoloff. He is also survived by his loving family and friends.
