He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarina Camilleri and Antonio Camilleri; his daughters-in-law, Dr. Martha Brochin and Tammy McVey Camilleri; and his siblings, Mary Scalia (Dominic), Salvatore Camilleri (Gloria) and Sarino Patrick Camilleri (Amalia).
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Burak Camilleri (Bette); his sons, Dr. Joseph Camilleri Jr. of Hamden and Robert Camilleri of Southbury; and his grandchildren, Joseph, Anna, Alexandra and Tyler. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
