She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Cullum and Joan Cullum; her son Isaac Jerome Cullum; and her sister Kathy Cullum (Mook). She is survived by: her son Mandell Latrell Cullum (Shekina); her granddaughter Amaya Cullum; her siblings, Ulysses Todman and Monique Lloyd of West Haven, CT; and her goddaughter Madison J. Rogers (Hartley Blackwood) of Meriden, CT. She is also survived by two grandchildren; three loving aunts; and a host of relatives and friends.
