We bid farewell to Kenneth Schmidt of Hamden, Connecticut, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 10, 2026 at the age of 75. Kenneth touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Schmidt and Bernice Schmidt of Hamden Ct; and his brothers, William Schmidt (Joanne) and Thomas Schmidt (Tricia). He is survived by: his wife Lynn Schmidt (Macaboy); his daughter Kendra Blake (Chris); his sisters, Nanci Dower (Bobby), Gail Schmidt, Barbara Thomas (Joseph), Joannie Woods (Robert) and Carol Hultgren (Glenn); and his goddaughter Kimberly Dower. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations are made to St Jude's (stjude.org) or Tunnel 2 Towers Foundation (t2t.org) in honor of Kenny Schmidt.
