She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph and Eileen Botte (O'Brien). She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Welch; her children, Justin Welch (Carissa) of Hamden, Aimee Neumann (Justus) of Colorado Springs, CO and Joseph Welch of Buffalo, NY; her grandchildren, Clementine, Justin, Angelia, Roman, Leo, Aurora, Charlotte and Gabriella Raine; and her sisters, Patricia Ornato of Hamden and Linda Vessicchio (Victor) of New Haven.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Washington Memorial Funeral Home (4 Washington Ave, North Haven, CT 06473). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Hamden Plains United Methodist Church (15 Church St, Hamden, CT 06514).
