He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Rodríguez and Milagros Quintana; and his sisters, Carmela, Emerehilda and Ana Rodríguez.
He is survived by: his daughters, Marisol Rodríguez-Acosta (Victor Acosta) of West Haven, Liz Abate (Richard) and Rebecca Littlefield (Jason) of Hamden; his sister Gloria Rodríguez (Victor) of Toa Alta; his grandchildren, Marlisa Acosta (Efrain), Frederick Rodríguez (Elisa), Leo Rios (Minuette), Ashlee Abate, Marlene García (Noel) and Sederick Acosta; and his great grandchildren, Carmelo, Gabriel, Erik, Adilyn, Aria, Axel and Amina. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
