McCraven of Hamden, Connecticut, born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on May 21, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Mills and Kathryn Mills; her husband Marcus McCraven (D. C.); and her siblings, Thomas Mills (Gladys), Joyce Thompson (Edward), Carol Harris (Joseph) and Richard Mills (Ghislaine).
She is survived by: her children, Carol Ivy Stephen (Jonathan, Sr.) and Paul McCraven (Cynthia); and her great grandchildren, Makaya McCraven (Nitasha), Kinga McCraven (Dionne), Jonathan Ivy, Jr., Victoria McCraven, Alexandra McCraven, Jamil McCraven, Maya McCraven, Jaya McCraven and Makani Walker-McCraven. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and family friends.
