Mark L. Schettino Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of Mark L. Schettino of Hamden, Connecticut. Mark, born on October 24, 1955, passed away on August 25, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mark L. Schettino to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph E. Schettino, Sr. and Antoinette Pace Schettino; and his brother-in-law Carl Forlano. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Forlano Schettino; his children, Mark L. Schettino, Jr., Michele, Keith Schettino and Anna Nesto (Richard); his brothers, Joseph E. Schettino, Jr. (Janet), Robert Schettino (Sandy Luczynski) and David Schettino (Barbara); his siblings-in-law, Donna, Ralph Marottoli and Anna Forlano; and his pet Bentley. He is also survived by four grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Havens Family North Haven Funeral Home (36 Washington Ave, North Haven, CT 06473). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.
