She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Dwyer and Audrey Dwyer; and her brother Patrick Dwyer. She is survived by: her husband Michael Pohl; her children, Kevin (Maggie), Ryan (Nanette) of Cocoa Beach, FL and Karen Abbott (Shaun) of Wethersfield, CT; her grandchildren, Audrey, Liam, Teagan and Paige; and her brother James Dwyer.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sisk Brothers Funeral Home (3105 Whitney Ave, Hamden, CT 06518). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church (2819 Whitney Ave, Hamden, CT 06518).
