With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Meghan Stratton (Hamden, Connecticut), born in New Haven, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 30, 2025 at the age of 53. She was predeceased by: her brother-in-law Richard Bailey. She is survived by: her husband John; her children, Emma, Leigha, Michael and Jack; her parents, Barry McDermott and Suzanne McDermott (Bob); her brother Scott McDermott (Georgia); her in-laws, John and Eileen Stratton; her sister-in-law Patricia Bailey; her niece Erin Bailey; and her nephews, Dillon and Matthew McDermott. She is also survived by many cousins, friends.
