She was predeceased by: her husband Walter A. Hickman; and her parents, Thomas Walton and Harriet Walton. She is survived by: her children, Lynn (Joseph Koczera) of Newington and Michael J. Hickman of Hamden; her brother Alan; her sister-in-law Barbara Hickman of South Staffs, England; and her pet Missy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
