Paul McKechnie Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Paul McKechnie of Hamden, Connecticut, who passed away on April 5, 2026 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his children, Peyton (Ashley), Caroline (Patrick) and Mariah (Sean); his grandchildren, Quinn, Colby, Grayson, Hoyt, Sloane, Noah, Gemma and Runa; and his siblings, David McKechnie (Kathy), Nancy Ager (Rob) and Susan McKechnie (Bruce).
The family kindly requests no flowers be sent to the service or Paul's residence. Please consider making a donation, in Paul's name, to Warrior Sailing, a non-profit near and dear to his heart or to the Smilow Cancer Hospital, where he received, and raved about, his caregiving at Yale New Haven Hospital.
