He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Munson and Mabel Leila Burr (Case). He is survived by: his sons, Ralph C. Burr, Jr. (Andrew Cushing) of San Francisco, Norfolk and Thomas F. Burr (William Dobbins) of New York City. He is also survived by four nieces and nephews.
