As Raymond departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Raymond may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Raymond leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominic Borrelli and Concetta Borrelli (LaPorte); his wife Joan Borrelli (DeVita); and his siblings, Louis, Carl, Dominic, Rosemarie and Delores.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kari Borrelli (Jason Bernad) and Elizabeth Borrelli (Mary Sblendorio); and his grandchildren, Eva and Jack. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Peter H. Torello & Son Funeral Home (1022 Dixwell Ave, Hamden, CT 06514). A Mass will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church (2819 Whitney Ave, Hamden, CT 06518).
