We announce the death of Richard Wade (Hamden, Connecticut), born in New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on October 8, 2026, at the age of 72. Richard will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Phyllis Hindinger Wade and William H. Wade. He is survived by: his wife Donna Wade; his son William Wade; his daughter-in-law Leanne Panella Wade; his grandchildren, Ava and Jameson Wade; his great grandchild Sara Valenta; his son-in-law Nick Valenta; his granddaughter-in-law Adela Valenta; and his siblings, Deborah Wade and George Wade. He is also survived by extended family and many dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Sisk Brothers Funeral Home (3105 Whitney Ave, Hamden, CT 06518).
