He is survived by: his spouse LaKiesha Cloney; his mother Luz Delia Negrón Torres of Hamden; his children, Daja Nicholl Rios of Meriden, Jazlynn Monet Rios of Hamden and Ruben Alonzo Rios, III of Waterbury; and his siblings, Jennifer Olivieri (Omar) of Meriden, Luz Delia Rios of North Haven, Arelys MacGregor of Massachusetts, Mary Rios, Esther Fernández (Joel) of New Bedford, MA and Anthony Rios of Massachusetts. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
