She was predeceased by: her husband John Afman, Jr.; her parents, Horace Chatfield and Marion Chatfield; and her brothers, David Chatfield and James Chatfield.
She is survived by: her son Jeffrey Foote (Colleen); her stepchildren, Dane Afman, Mindy Shoals, Heather Wichman (James) and Sarah Beckman (Mark); her grandchildren, Jillian Foote, Talan, Holden Beckman, Christopher, Alyssa Shoals, Cassidy and Riley Wichman; and her brother John Chatfield.
