He is survived by: his spouse Laurie Franco Bellonio; his children, Thomas Bellonio Jr. (Donna), John Bellonio, Kimberly Bellonio, Heather Choquette (Jason) and Jennifer Totton (Timothy); and his grandchildren, Carmen Bellonio, Zachary Choquette, Mason Choquette and Jake Bellonio.
