He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis Pearson Clark; his parents, James V. Clark and Ann McNamara Clark; and his siblings, James Vincent Clark and Maryann Clark Dauphinais.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jill Clark of Caldwell, NJ and Sally Funnell (James Funnell, Jr.) of Redding; his grandchildren, Jessica Lipman, Chloe Lipman (Benjamin Litchman), Charlotte Funnell and James Funnell, III; and his great grandchildren, Frankie Rose Litchman, Sonny Bela Litchman and Isa Rae Iñiguez-Lipman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
