He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Newton Jennings Sr. and Mary Burgoyne Law Jennings of Hamden, CT.; his children, Jonathan Standish Jennings and Martha Jennings (Scott Miller); and his grandchildren, Theodore Jennings and Samantha Jennings-Black.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Madison Rotary Club and the Madison First Congregational church.
