She was predeceased by: her father Michael Shannon; her husband Thomas Garrett Jr.; her niece Jordan Garrett; her grandparents, Elita, Dan Flynn and Lillian Blanchette; and her mother-in-law Jacqueline Garrett.
She is survived by: her mother Deborah Kennedy Desmond; her former husband Timothy Teper; her children, Chelsea Garrett (Christopher Ramaza-Cruz), Brooke Garrett (Josh Biron) and Patrick Garrett; her stepdaughters, Mackenzie and Callie Teper; her grandchildren, Maxwell, Hudson Ramaza, Calliope Ouellet, Blaikleigh Biron and Jeremiah Luty; her sister Erin Shannon; her grandfather Donald Blanchette; her in-laws, Daniel, Susan Teper, Thomas and Mary Garrett; and her close friend Amy Rizer. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins, as well as nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Music Lady Cafe (6 Green Hollow Rd, Moosup, CT 06354).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Clover Scholarship which will annually be awarded to a senior cheerleader from the Eastern Connecticut Conference who embodies her values of compassion, resilience, and service.
