She was predeceased by : her husband Carmelo Romano (Moe); her parents, Martin Cosgrove and Margaret Cosgrove (Leonard) of Hartford, Connecticut.; her son Michael F. Romano; her son-in-law Judge Kevin P. McMahon; her siblings, Kay Swarberg (Red) of Bonita, CA, Tom Cosgrove of Skaneateles, NY and Joe Cosgrove (Maureen) of Vernon, CT; her mother-in-law Antoinina Romano (Gibilisco) of Hartford, CT; her in-laws, Ann Driscoll (Vinny) of Windsor, CT, Connie Neseralla (Joe) of South Windsor, CT and Gene Romano (Ellie) of Newington, CT.; and her friend Jan Dandley.
She is survived by : her daughter Patti McMahon; her daughter-in-law Leslie Romano (Steve Carr); her grandchildren, Stephanie Shaw (Chris) of Old Saybrook, CT, Kelly Romano of Ladson, SC, Lauren Landry (Bill) of Chelmsford, MA and Dylan Romano of West Hartford, CT; her great grandchildren, Jude and Ivy Shaw; her brother Francis Cosgrove (Marilyn) of Bloomfield, CT.; her godchildren, MaryBeth Cosgrove Davidson (Larry) of Madison, CT, Sharyn Perrelli (Sandy) and NJ; and her close friend Mary.
