He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Mansell and Bridget Mansell (Finn); and his brother-in-law Robert. He is survived by: his sister Ann Browne of Bethel, Connecticut.; and his nephews, Robert Browne III (Jeanine) of Roseland, Matthew Browne (Heidi) of Scituate, Massachusetts, Kevin Browne (Beth Hetzel) of Crystal Lake, Illinois and Edward Browne (Ellen) of Brooklyn. He is also survived by grandnephews and grandnieces and one great-grandnephew.
