She is survived by: her husband Kumkaran; her children, Vijay Ramdas (Gaitre), Sanjay Ramdas (Priya), Shiromanie Bramdeo (Karamchand) and Gitanjali Baldeo; and her sisters, Indira Ramcharran and Liyita Ramcharran. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
