He was predeceased by : his parents, Caesar Narcisse, Sr. and Eunice Narcisse (Cormier); and his brothers, Leonard Narcisse (Evelyn), Alfred Narcisse (Patricia), Larry Narcisse (Marilyn), Floyd Narcisse (Linda) and Edmond Narcisse.

He is survived by : his children, Kevin (Eden) and Monique; his grandsons, Kaleb Narcisse and Kameron Narcisse; his siblings, Verven Mosley (Archie), Charles Williams (Roberta), Patricia Williams and Robert Williams; his sisters-in-law, Jane Fulton and Joyce Allen; and his nephews, Edgar, Jason and Robert.

Visitation was held on Saturday, May 25th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Henry L. Fuqua Funeral Service. A burial was held on Saturday, May 25th 2024 at the Mountain View Cemetery (30 Mountain Ave, Bloomfield, CT 06002). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, May 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Henry L. Fuqua Funeral Service.
