He was predeceased by: his parents, Caesar Narcisse, Sr. and Eunice Narcisse (Cormier); and his brothers, Leonard Narcisse (Evelyn), Alfred Narcisse (Patricia), Larry Narcisse (Marilyn), Floyd Narcisse (Linda) and Edmond Narcisse.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin (Eden) and Monique; his grandsons, Kaleb Narcisse and Kameron Narcisse; his siblings, Verven Mosley (Archie), Charles Williams (Roberta), Patricia Williams and Robert Williams; his sisters-in-law, Jane Fulton and Joyce Allen; and his nephews, Edgar, Jason and Robert.
