He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Rose-Rivera; his children, Edwin Rivera, Jr. (Angela) of Newington, Justen Rivera (Brittany) of Hartford, Brandon Rivera of Hartford, Anslie Gill-Rivera (Tiffany) of Manchester, Reyes Rivera (Tasha) of West Hartford and Aracelis Rivera of Florida; his grandchildren, Sophia Gill-Rivera of Hartford, Ocean Rivera of Hartford, Solei Rivera of Hartford, Osiyah Rivera of West Hartford and Elijah Rivera of West Hartford; and his siblings, Miguel (Linda) of Hartford, Oscar (Michele) of Bloomfield, Sylvia of Hartford, Lillian of Hartford and Rachel of Massachusetts. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
