She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Colaneri and Angela Colaneri (DiLizia); her husband Henry Strom; and her sister Gloria Meade. She is survived by: her children, Marlene Strom (Mark Weber) of Providence, RI, Daniel (Michelle Strom) of North Andover, MA, Cheryl (Gary Lindquist) of Enfield, CT, Henry Strom, Jr. (Heidi Strom) of Portland, CT and Jeffrey (Jenny Strom) of Wethersfield, CT; her grandchildren, Angela, Benjamin, Kai, Hanna, Monica, Zachary, Jacob, Samantha, Vincent, Jennifer, Nathan, Rose, Tyler, Sabrina, Justine, Theresa and Elizabeth; and her great grandchildren, Quentin, Isaac and Maelani.
In lieu of flowers, Elvia can be remembered by acts of kindness performed in her name. Memorial contributions may be made to Our Lady of Sorrows Church.
