He was predeceased by : his parents, Bertram Williams and Willie Pearl Williams (Reynolds); his stepmother Ann Williams; and his siblings, Samuel Reynolds, Mark Carter, Jeanette Carter and Brenda Williams.
He is survived by : his sisters, Glenda Adamson of Hartford, CT, Yvonne Leslie, Shirley Taylor of DeLand, FL and Cynthia Williams of Hartford, CT.. He is also survived by his family and friends.
