She is survived by: her husband Charles Steele; her son Anthony Steele; her granddaughter Shanna Steele (Joshua Maciolek); her great grandchildren, Charles and Mason Maciolek; her brother Richard Gibbs; her sister-in-law Nancy Schuiten (Robert); and her niece Lana Camerota.

Memorial donations may be made to Rockville Baptist Church.
