It is with sadness that the passing of Jacqueline Werner (Hartford, Connecticut) is shared. Jacqueline, born on January 31, 1934, passed away on September 14, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Jacqueline will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honor Jacqueline by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Jacqueline is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Jacqueline’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rebecca Kemler Rosenfeld and Dr. William H. Rosenfeld. She is survived by: her husband Frederic P. Werner; and her sons, Ken (Rhea), Bob (Suzanne) and James (Suzanne Kho). She is also survived by five grandchildren and two greatgrandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Congregation Beth Israel (701 Farmington Ave, West Hartford, CT 06119). A burial was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at the Congregation Beth Israel Cemetery (119 Affleck St, Hartford, CT 06106).
