James T. Sousa Obituary

With profound sadness, we say goodbye to James T. Sousa in Hartford, Connecticut, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. James left this world on March 8, 2026 at the age of 85, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, James shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid James farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sousa and Irene Sousa (Martin); and his former wife Patricia E Sousa. He is survived by: his children, Angela Kinney (John) of Mystic, CT and James Sousa Jr. (Denise) of Groton, CT; his grandchildren, Scott Sousa (Tracie) of Uncasville, CT., Cameron Sousa, Brandon Lyon and Kayla Duprey; and his great grandchild Tucker Krepcio.
