She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Frederick Blinn (Pete) and Gladys Blinn (Hemingway); and her husband Paul H. Creel. She is survived by: her children, Diane Hill, Susan Evans, William Rourke (Christine) and Peter Rourke; her grandchildren, Jessica, Megan, Garrett, Shannon and Sarah; her great grandchildren, Rylee, Ayva, Lilly, Chase, Adam, Blake and Brooklyn; and her pets, Jake and Marley.
If you were looking for Joan prior to Covid, she was likely in the yard a couple of days per week or perhaps driving to the town landfill on Wednesdays to get rid of the yard "sticks".
