He was predeceased by: his parents, Confesor Rodriguez and Marina Rodriguez (Martinez); and his siblings, Confesor Rodriguez and Maria Rivera. He is survived by: his wife Judith Ramos; his children, Raul F. Ramos of Hartford, Omar Ramos of Hartford, Manuel Rodriguez, Jr. of Hartford and Jessica Ramos of Hartford; his grandchildren, Liannette Ramos, Omar Ramos Jr., Jaylani Baez, Jaylen Baez and Onyx Ramos; his great grandchild Al'enna Knight Ramos; and his siblings, Alfredo Rodriguez, Angel Rodriguez, David Rodriguez, Miguel Torres, Andrea Nieves, Gladys Aviles, Angelica Rodriguez, Yolanda Rodriguez and Vanessa Rodriguez. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and lifelong friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Dillon-Baxter Funeral Home (1276 Berlin Turnpike, Wethersfield, CT 06109). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
