She was predeceased by: her parents, Pedro Julio Ruiz (Carmen Maria Melendez Ruiz) and Maria. She is survived by: her sisters, Carmen Ana Ruiz and Caroline Ruiz; her great-niece Amayalise Bonilla; her nieces and nephews, Mark Guidotti, Brenna Guidotti (Henri Portner) and Alexandria Merked; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Mia Guidotti, Jackson Scurry, Marley Scurry and Lucca Portner; and also, Edilberto Bonilla, Carolyn Bonilla and Dennis Martinez.
