It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michael J. Silvester Sr. (Hartford, Connecticut), who passed away on June 20, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Angeline Silvester and Violette Silvester; and his siblings, Shirley, Violet, James and William.

He is survived by: his wife Louise Lapointe; his grandchildren, James Duncan (Megan), Rachel Griffin III (Billy), Casey Flanigan, Jacob, Daniel Silvester, Tyler and Ana Frederick; and his great grandchildren, Zoey, Mattias Duncan and Billy Griffin IV. He is also survived by his three children and their spouses.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
