She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan J. Ellsworth and Josephine M. Ellsworth (Staats). She is survived by: her husband Lafayette "Lee" Lake; her children, Denise Limberger (Mickey), Stephen Lake (Maria), Laurel Lake and Linda Williams (Steve Sorota); and her grandchildren, Shauntelle, Michelle, Larissa Lake, Stacy, Jeremy, Cody Limberger, Dylan, Dustin Riordan, Brandi, Taylor and Hunter McKelvey. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
