She is survived by: her daughter Ebonin Sturdivant (Malik); her grandson Amari; her spouse Gifford Jenkins; her stepson Robert; and her siblings, Leo Best of Springfield Mass, Keith Knight of Bloomfield Conn, Vecey Knight (Juanita) of East Hartford, Conn. and Cheryl Haynes of Lexington Kentucky. She is also survived by many relatives and friends.
