She is survived by: her children, Nilda Jacobs, Maria A. Perez, Ernesto Diaz and Amneris Diaz; her grandchildren, Eddie A. Perez, Jr., Alfredo Rivera, Jr. and Mark Alexandei Jacobs; her great grandchildren, Elijah Jacobs, Alicia Jacobs, Noah Perez, Evan Perez, Hannah Rivera, Gavin Ravenscraft, Isabella Velez, Teagan Masis, Josiah Campbell, Maxwell Schick and Jaliyah Darrell; her great great grandchild Jerimiah Clark; and her siblings, Alejandrino Colon, Jr., Maria Delores Torres, Maria Angela Colon, Ana Maria Colon, Gloria Perez, Victor Colon, Maria Virgen Boria, Carmen Glady Colon, Candida Colon, Nerida Colon and Jose Luiz Colon.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carmon Funeral Home (807 Bloomfield Ave, Windsor, CT 06095). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Paz Parish-St. Lawrence O'Toole Church (494 New Britain Ave, Hartford, CT 06106).
