He is survived by: his children, Wayne Carlton (Sherene) of Massachusetts, Rosalyn Stevens of Connecticut, Natalie Stevens of Connecticut, Joan Hightower of Connecticut, Melvina Keaton of Connecticut, Kimberly Govan of Florida, Barbara Brown (Lorenzo) of Michigan and Monique Johnson Perry (Michael) of North Carolina; his daughters-in-law, Reverend Lisa Johnson of Connecticut and Rolanda Johnson of South Carolina; and his siblings, Eugene Brownel (Rosie) of Connecticut, Rodney Jones (Nicole) of Connecticut, Calvin Pittman (Claudette) and Evangelist Yvette Jones Woodward of Connecticut. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
