She was predeceased by: her husband Jack C. Wilcox, Jr.; her children, Homer Bell, Jr., Janet D. Bell and Delores A. Bell Gbedebo; her former husband Homer A. Bell, Sr.; and her siblings, Cynthia L. Scott Barlow, James Scott, Jr. and Frank J. Scott.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Bell of Hartford, Regina Bell of Hartford, Michael Bell of West Hartford and Laura Ann Bell of Broad Brook; and her sister Laura A. Scott. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, a host of great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
