“Very sorry to hear of Scott passing on. He and I were college friends. I at UConn and he at CCSU we were workmates at Mansfield training school in Storrs on the weekends. Going our separate ways after graduation I always wondered if he ever survived that Russia bike adventure! I am happy to hear he went on to enjoy several more happy and adventurous years. I still laugh telling stories of him arriving to work in the winter with a black nose after pedaling untold miles on that bike to get there”
