Jakubiak; his brother Theodore "Ted" Guerrette (Linda) of Boynton Beach; his niece Kelli Shrewsbury (Jason) of St. Albans, ME.; his brother-in-law Kenny Pelletier (Sandra); and his pet Sweetie.
