He was predeceased by : his parents, Francis Motuzick and Dorothy Motuzick. He is survived by : his wife Stasia; his son Jozef Motuzick (Colleen); his siblings, Patricia Sgrillo (John) of Burlington, Rise Caron (Richard) of Harwinton, Michael Motuzick (Tracey) and Marc Motuzick (Donna) of Torrington; and his pet Shadow. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
