She was predeceased by: her daughter Colleen F. Sheehan; her husband Daniel G. Sheehan; and her siblings, Lynda Roy, Delfis and Robert Menard.
She is survived by: her daughter Kerry Sheehan-Tomala; her son-in-law Michael; and her sister Norma Galoppi.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jacqueline's memory may be made to The Leukemia Society and The Alzheimer's Foundation, causes that would honor her life and legacy.
