As we bid Louis farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Louis is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia; his sons, Louis, Charles and Richard; and his sisters, Elizabeth and Winona.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Scott (Grace Tibbals), Dawn Guzman of North Carolina, Lisa (Christopher Curtiss), Heather (Stephen Fisher) and Stacey Tibbals of Litchfield; and his daughter-in-law Marlene Hartnett of Torrington. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren, and one great great granddaughter.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Winchester Center Cemetery South Road.
