He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Carroll and Nancy Carroll. He is survived by: his wife Tambra Carroll; and his children, Christine Holley (Justin Holley) and Justin Carroll (Casey Carroll). He is also survived by his brother and four sisters; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
